| My NOT so Ordinary Passion

 It all started when I was in Grade 5. Yeah, believe it or not.
I woke up hearing her voice because my sisters adore her. They have a vast collection of her albums. I learned to
love her voice and her songs. My dad won't me allow to go to concerts then. When I was in fourth year high school,
I can't bear the thought of not seeing her in person. I strive and find ways...and I succeeded. I became so addicted to her
that I went to almost all her gigs. I met people that eventually lead to a
deeper friendship. Through my experiences following Regine, I learned so many lessons in life and I met wonderful
people that became a part of my life now.

| Getting to the basics.

| Regine Velasquez is one of the most notable concert performers in the country. Not only does she showed her talent by singing really high notes and soul-wrenching version of songs but she also won an acting award in one of her guestings in Maalaala Mo Kaya. She is a live representation of modern Cinderella. She gave hope to aspiring poor singers. She let us see that poverty is not a big obstacle at all. Regine hasn't failed to inspire legions of fans in her more than 20 years in the business. Through her songs and down-to-earth character, many couldn't take her out of their systems...and I am one of them.
